The food we serve is a lot more than just a meal. Its a meal with a mission. First, we begin with our team. We proud to be a Indigenous- and Worker-owned cooperative, with a strong commitment to the community around us. Next, we have the ingredients. Our menu focuses on serving foods that are native to this region and have
been harvested by indigenous people for time immemorial. More over, other other non-native ingredients are locally sourced, and when possible, grown by farmers using the most environmentally and socially sustainable methods.
